Everything you need to know about getting started with Sakara Care.

  • Sakara Care currently supports participants who are plan-managed or self-managed under the NDIS. While we are not currently a registered provider, we operate to the same professional and ethical standards — fully compliant with the NDIS Code of Conduct and Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines. We are actively working towards re-registration and expect to be registered within the next 6–12 months. If you are unsure whether we can support you, please reach out and we'll be happy to help clarify.

  • We support participants across five regions in NSW:

    Macarthur Region — Campbelltown, Camden, Narellan, Oran Park, Gregory Hills, Harrington Park, Glenfield, Ingleburn, Minto, Macquarie Fields, Eagle Vale, Leumeah, Ruse, Bradbury, Rosemeadow, Ambarvale, St Helens Park and Eschol Park.

    South West Sydney — Liverpool, Casula, Hoxton Park, Prestons, Lurnea, Moorebank, Edmondson Park, Leppington and Austral.

    Wollondilly — Picton, Thirlmere, Tahmoor, Wilton, Bargo, Buxton, Douglas Park, Appin, Silverdale and Warragamba.

    Southern Highlands — Mittagong, Bowral, Moss Vale, Colo Vale and Hill Top.

    Illawarra — Wollongong, Dapto, Albion Park, Shellharbour, Lake Illawarra, Port Kembla, Warrawong, Berkeley, Oak Flats, Figtree, Fairy Meadow and Balgownie.

  • Neurodiversity-affirming support is an evidence-informed approach that recognises neurological differences — such as autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental conditions — as natural human variation. Our team is trained to adapt support around each person's sensory needs, communication preferences, and individual pace, without judgement or pressure.

  • Yes. We provide psychosocial disability support for participants whose primary disability relates to mental health. Our team delivers consistent, compassionate support for emotional regulation, day-to-day coping, and community connection — guided by evidence-informed practice and shaped around each person's individual goals.
